Student Tickets and Simulcast Information

Did you get a ticket to TEDxCSU? Great! We can’t wait to see you this Saturday, March 2!

With our sold-out event less than a week away, our team wanted to clarify some important information about ticketing.

For anyone who reserved a ticket online at www.csutix.com, you must pick up your ticket at Will Call at the CSU box office, located in the Lory Student Center. The box office is open Monday- Friday from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. On the day of the event, Saturday, March 2, it will be open until 2 p.m. After 2 p.m., you will not be able to pick up your ticket from the box office. It is not guaranteed that you will be able to get a ticket if you arrive after 2 p.m.

* Community Tickets: Did you purchase a ticket?

You are guaranteed seating in the LSC theatre throughout the duration of the event.

* Student Tickets: Did you get a free student ticket?

Please remember that seating in the theatre is on a first-come first-served basis and space inside the theater is limited to the first 225 students who arrive. Other student tickets are guaranteed seating in the Ramskeller, where they can view a live simulcast of the conference as it happens in the theater. As seating in the theater becomes available, TEDxCSU team members will invite selected numbers of simulcast attendees to take seats upstairs in the theater.

Simulcast:

The Ramskeller simulcast experience is reserved for individuals who received free student tickets. The Ramskeller will be open for business, serving food and drinks all afternoon. There will be four big-screen TVs and one projection screen, all simulcasting the TEDxCSU conference. During intermissions, all Ramskeller attendees will be able join fellow guests upstairs in the lobby of the LSC for food, drinks, activities, and engaging conversations.

Parking for the event:

Parking for TEDxCSU will be available in the Lory Student Center parking lot, located on the corner of Meldrum and Laurel.
